How to Place an Order and Placing Custom Orders

We are breeders. This means that we selectively breed our animals for certain traits and we do retain animals to better our program. With this said, availability may be limited some seasons, and readily available in other seasons. We have some items in stock and available to ship first come first serve. The wait has been around 2 weeks for most orders that are in stock. For preorders and deposit items, that may not be the case. The wait for pre-orders and deposit items varies based on mother nature and waitlists. We no longer hold any item without a non-refundable deposit or prepayment.

We hatch as orders come in

We are now taking preorders for hatching eggs, day old straight run chicks, and 4-6 week old pullets! Preorders are paid in full and will start to be fulfilled in April by the order in which orders are received. That does not mean all orders will be fulfilled in April. Fulfillment is contingent on what we get as genders. If we don’t get enough pullets in a hatch, orders will be moved to the next hatch automatically until we get the order fulfilled. 

1. Select one of the categories in the Product Categories selection.

2. Once a category is selected, you can add the product to the cart, or open the product to read all the details and fine print. It will mention if it is a deposit, or if it is something that needs to be paid in full (preorder).

3. When you are ready, you can check out. We ship live birds and hatching eggs nationwide and offer pick up options.

4. For our fresh poultry, eating eggs, and pork shares, we cannot ship. If you want delivery options, you would need to select the local pick-up option and then contact us for delivery rates. Pork shares can be picked up at the farm or at the butcher. Fresh poultry and eating eggs can be picked up at the gate or delivered for a fee. 

Live animals and hatching eggs can be delivered for a fee as well. As much as we would love to offer a flat rate delivery, we have to fluctuate our rates based on gas prices. We would have to calculate rates on a case-by-case basis. We offer transport through our Stellar Transport services.

Custom Orders

Since we offer a wide range of products and services from live animals, hatching eggs, and consultation, to fresh poultry, eating eggs, and other goods, we do a lot of custom orders, which is why not all products are available online to order. Custom orders are paid by invoice. As soon as we are contacted by phone, email, or text, we will ask for information and send over an invoice once an agreement is established. Once the invoice is paid (unless a deposit is discussed), your order goes in line of receipt and we fulfill the orders that way. If an invoice is not paid, you are not in line for an order. We give each unpaid invoice 2 weeks before we cancel the invoice. Once the invoice is canceled, you would need to call back, email, or text, to start the process all over. We no longer hold stock without deposit or prepayment. 

Cancellations

We no longer hold stock without deposit or prepayment. Due to the high demand of people wanting birds from us, if there is a cancellation, we will retain 25% for restocking.
